The winds of change often present bread crumbs of opportunity. These bread crumbs of opportunity often lead to life changing instances. They also get carried away with the breeze when you’re not observant or you’re looking right at them but you’re not focused.

Being aware of where you want to go means not only what is in front of you, but all around you high and low. No one ever found money on the ground with their nose in the air. The nose in the air not only means stuck up or snobbish but also stubborn. You have to break old habits to pursue new and different opportunities.

Change comes and goes just like the wind. Life is what “YOU” make it, not someone else. The open mind is always set receive what is new and different. You have the power and ability to make change happen for yourself.

Now understand that while change is sometimes free, sometimes it’s not. What are you willing to put out there in order for change to happen for you? You will have to put out effort, desire and in money some cases. But the return can be far more valuable.

You not only have the possibility to end the 9 to 5 grind working for someone else. Financial freedom, more time with the family and peace of mind can also be derived from you seeking and pursuing opportunities.

Are you really branding yourself or someone’s products?  I often hear so many people talking about I’m branding myself! Branding strategies are great, if you are actually branding yourself and not someone’s persona. I often see a lot of people looking like someone else. It’s more like a community of copycat’s.

Some of your own personality would be a nice element to include in your brand. Wouldn’t you think?   I understand a lot of the information is being regurgitated. If the information is good and beneficial then it’s not a bad thing.

The personal element is what will truly differentiate you from the crowd of me too’s. Focus on presenting you! Like they always say, “People do business with people”.  Typically, the one’s they like, admire, trust and get to know.

2. Be Detailed! Establish fixed time periods such as 6months, 1, 3, 5 and 10 year goals. Also, include places you would like to visit and even how much money you would like to make.

3. Be Attentive! Be mindful of unproductive time and wasted energy such as a lot of TV watching and needless confrontations.

4. Make Personal Time! Be sure to make time for yourself and your family. You work hard for your self and your family and you should also find time to do things you and your family enjoy!

Step 1 : A FOCUSED PLAN

You must take the time to write down what it is that you want to achieve and by clear about how to get there. What you engage in for business must be simple for each person in the chain. It has to be affordable because cost does have something to do with retention. It has to be duplicatable, so each person passes it on the next without a lot, if any hand holding.

Step 4: LEADERSHIP

People listen to your actions, not necessarily what you say.  Show them what you want them to do and how to do it and demonstrate it in front of them.  You are going to duplicate what I do, so that when you train the next person they will do what you do.

Step 5: CREATE A RESOURCE LIBRARY

Compile all of the needed information which would include any articles, videos and promotional materials into one location.  Instead of your member’s running to you for every question, they have a location and resources to refer to in order to get their questions answered.  Creating a resource library is a convenient and efficient way to disseminate training materials.

Step 6:  CREATE MOMENTUM

All of the above steps will create the momentum necessary to build your organization in an efficient and duplicatable manner.  Now go out and grow a massive organization!
